Interested in trying all kinds of photography. An opportunist, I suppose.
I joined Dundee Photographic Society in 2010
Having enjoyed the stimulus and competition within my local club I started entering pictures into Salons, with reasonable success.
Since joining, I have obtained a few photographic distinctions:
ARPS, CPAGB, EFIAP, BPE*2, LBIPP
I was the President of DPS (2016-18).
My main interests are travel, street and opportunistic phototography, with a humorous element wherever possible.
A recurring theme is fisheye selfies, boldly processed to be “in your face”.
This resulted in me achieving the distinction of ARPS in 2014

Aug 2015 I obtained the Credit in the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (CPAGB). My 10 photos can be seen here: www.flickr.com/photos/42343095@N08/albums/72157666937690092
March 2017 I achieved the Excellence award from the Federation Internationale de l’Art Photographique (EFIAP) for achieving 250 acceptances at FIAP approved International salons.
May 2018 I obtained Licenciate of the British Institute of Professional Photography for work related photography.
June 2018 I obtained a 2 Crown Award from the British Photographic Exhibitions (BPE) for achieving 50 acceptances in British salons and exhibitions
And the obsession continues…..
