Notice For 2019 SGM (24 September 2019)
All Members,
I write as President to advise that the Society is holding a Special General Meeting at the Winchester Discovery Centre on Tuesday 24 September 2019, for the purpose of agreeing certain changes to the Society’s competition procedures. I am attaching the following papers for your attention:
– Agenda for the meeting
– Report by the Competition Secretary, Gordon Brown
Please note that only fully-paid up members are eligible to vote at this SGM. If you have not fully paid your subscription by 23 September 2019, your vote will not be counted.
Note regarding Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend, but would still like your opinions taken into account, you may vote by proxy by following strictly the following procedures:
Email the secretary BY Midnight 23rd SEPTEMBER 2019 via email to ku.oc1722059331.coso1722059331tohpn1722059331iw@yr1722059331aterc1722059331eS1722059331 stating clearly:
- Your full name
- The member you wish to nominate to vote on your behalf
By so doing, you accept the votes placed by your nominated member.
There will be three separate Motions listed in the Ballot Paper, with the third having three choices. Full details are listed in the attached Agenda.
