Introduction 2014/2015

Introduction

Winchester Photographic Society (WPS) was founded in 1923. It is now one of the largest clubs in the southern region with a thriving membership of around 180 and with weekly attendance averaging 80. Our members’ photographic interests are broad and we try to reflect this in our programme of events. In terms of photographic skills, our membership covers all levels, from absolute beginners who have yet to purchase a camera, to those who travel the world producing sensational images of people and places, flora and fauna.

We meet on Tuesday evenings 7:30-10:00pm from September to May at the Performance Hall in the Winchester Discovery Centre. See the Contact tab for map and directions.

Extensive information about membership can be found under the Membership tab.
