WPS Reimbursement Policy

We intend that no WPS Member be out of pocket while carrying out business connected with the Society, particularly travel. Hence, members may claim extra-ordinary significant expenses, including travel (at the current PAGB rate). Claims should be made by e-mail to the Treasurer in the fiscal year in which they were incurred.

As a guideline:

  • “extra-ordinary” is interpreted as “out of the usual”, e.g. one-off special journeys.
    Normal travel to Society meetings as a member or leader is excluded.
  • “significant” is interpreted as a level worth claiming, e.g. £10 or more.
