Email address change
Are you a member and you’ve just got a new email address?
Your address needs to be changed on each of our four separate systems.
1. This website
You can change your own email address on this website. Login (if you haven’t already), click on your name in the top right corner of the window, select “Edit Profile”. Change your email address under Contact Info.
2. WebCollect membership management system
You can change your own email address on WebCollect. Click on Details under My Profile.
3. PhotoEntry
If you enter our competitions, you’ll have a userid on PhotoEntry. Please complete the form below to ask our digital secretary to update your email address.
4. WPS weekly newsletter
We use MailChimp to send our weekly newsletter. Completing the form below will ask our Newsletter editor to update your email address.
