Submit AGM Motion

Motions can be submitted up to three weeks before the AGM but also the member reps or secretary can be asked to propose items to the committee in advance of the AGM.

WPS Members: If you wish to propose a motion to be put to the AGM, please complete and submit this form for the WPS secretary at least three weeks before the date of the AGM (not later than Tuesday 12 May)
