About Paul
Paul (Buzz) Moran is a member of Wokingham Photography Club and Bristol Photographic Society.
He writes
I have over 30 years of photography experience and 40 years of presenting to audiences around the globe. I am a confident speaker and judge with over 5 years club judging experience. I prefer being present at club meetings, but am a Teams and Zoom user.
Paul is a fairly new judge on the SCPF circuit and 23 February 2027 is his first visit to Winchester.
