Car parking in Winchester

In July 2023, Winchester City Council introduced evening parking charges in central Winchester. This includes the Tower Street car park where many members used to park.

If you are willing to walk a little further, car parks which are less central, such as the old Cattle Market, Coach Park and Worthy Lane are still free in the evenings.

Hampshire Record Office

The cinema at the Hampshire Record Office is a second meeting location, used for example when the Arc is unavailable for Tuesday meetings.
