Members: login to book a stewarding slot
What should a steward do?
Stewarding is fun, engage with as many visitors as possible for maximum enjoyment.
All members are welcome to steward even though you might not have an image on display.
This is an excellent opportunity to recruit new members.
Make sure visitors know about voting for their favourite photo.
What should I bring?
The Exhibition Catalogue, your Members’ Handbook and wear your WPS lanyard to identify yourself as a steward.
Possibly a book to read in case you’ve picked a quiet slot with few visitors.
How does the booking work?
The Book button takes you to a screen where you can select a 90 minute stewarding slot.
We hope you repeat and book several slots.
You’ll get a pop-up confirmation and an email. Each contains a link to cancel the booking.
