In the interest of safety and minimising travel, we will be posting certificates to successful entrants rather than inviting them to Winchester to receive them in person.
WNE Co-ordinator Nick Townley writes
In previous years we have invited successful entrants above Certificate of Merit to our Awards Evening in Winchester to receive their certificates and awards in person.
Being mindful of the Covid risk which gathering indoors in large numbers still presents, we have taken the decision not to extend this invitation beyond WPS members this year.
We hope you will understand the reason for this decision. Assuming that 2022 brings a return to normality, we look forward to welcoming successful entrants back in person next year.
Key Dates
| Entry Submission Period | 1 May to 30 June 2021 or at midnight after the 3000th entry is received. The 3000 limit was reached on 16 June 2021. |
| Results notified to entrants | By 31 July 2021 |
| Results published on this website | 4 August 2021 |
| Successful images published | on 21 September 2021, at the Awards Evening and online. |
| Catalogue | An electronic catalogue in CD format will posted to all entrants following the Presentation & Awards Evening |
| Presentation and Awards Evening | September 2021 in the Performance Hall, Winchester Discovery Centre. Now expected to be a scaled-down event for locals only. |
| Online Viewing of Exhibition | On this website from September 2021 to December 2021. |
