Updated Competition Entry Forms

Revised Competition Entry Forms Feb 2020

Updated competition entry forms are now available to download, complete and print.

There’s now a new, slightly different form for non-league competitions.

As they are PDF forms, you have the option to fill in the various fields on your computer before you print.

• Click on the popout button at the top right of the form you want to use.
• Hit the print icon on the next screen
• Then you should see the form again with fillable fields and a print icon to print it.

This may be browser dependent. On smartphones and tablets and other devices where you can’t fill in the forms on-screen, you can still print them and fill them in by hand.
