Winchester Photographic Society’s 84th Annual Print Exhibition 2017

Details and how to enter the 2017 Members Print Exhibition

One again the Society is holding an Annual Print Exhibition. Following the success of confining the 2016 Exhibition to members only this will continue in 2017 so a total of 174 members prints can be accepted. 
  
Members are invited to submit their work to this exhibition which will be held in Winchester’s Discovery Centre from the Saturday 8th April to Sunday 7th May 2017. Three eminent judges will select work and award Trophies and Certificates of Merit in the various classes listed below. 

The Exhibition Entry system will be active from the 1st January 2017 to 6.00 pm Saturday 28th January 2017.

Online Entry: 
Entry will be online via the Society’s website, www.winphotosoc.co.uk opening Sunday 1st January and closing at 6.00pm Saturday 28th January. The online entry system is unable to accept late entries. 
  
Submission of Prints 
Prints should be handed in on any club night from Tuesday 10th January to Tuesday 31st January, but not Later. Please contact the Print Coordinator, Derek Hickman, directly (ku.oc1733222264.coso1733222264tohpn1733222264iw@st1733222264nirpn1733222264oitib1733222264ihxe1733222264) if you are unable to deliver on one of these WPS Tuesday evening meetings. 
  
Number of Entries: 
A maximum of 30 prints may be entered. Up to 4 may be entered in one Class with the exception of Class B where only one set i.e. 3 images may be entered (and count as one print entry).

Prints must conform to the general rules for entering internal competitions – see WPS Internal Competitions section on pages 10 & 11 of the Members’ Handbook. Prints must be in mounts 40cm x 50cm and no more than 4mm thick to fit into the exhibition frames.
